In regards to stat binding: What about Trundle?

So Riot appears to be rather proud about Stat Binding Juggernauts to Health, but if we're going to make the heaviest Fighters of the game lean on health based stat binding, ever notice how weird Trundle's numbers look?

Passive: Flat Heal (relative to Trundle) which promotes Resistances and dissuades Health. Q: Flat AD which promotes AD Multipliers (Critical Chance, Attack Speed, Armor Penetration) and dissuades flat AD W: %Movement Speed, bonus Attack Speed, and a Healing multiplier which promotes Movement Speed, strong auto attacks (On hits or AD+Crit), and healing. E: This also applies to W. With no way to scale but rather solid base effects, it greatly promotes CDR. R: Flat Health and Resistance bonuses (relative to Trundle) along with massive Resistance Shred onto the opponent promotes offense and dissuades any defense.

Trundle wants Resistances, AD(Auto Attack) multipliers, Flat Auto Attack enhancements, Movement Speed, Life Steal, and CDR.

This is all while dissuading any and all defense, contradicting how to maximize his Passive's EHP.

I just can't help but feel like Trundle is supposed to be a Heavy Fighter like a true Juggernaut, but in regards to the numbers his kit revolves around, everything seems to appear like his Heavy Fighter qualities are artificial. He doesn't even have an active defense skill so the glass cannon tendencies of his kit can't possibly support a melee carry play style if you so wanted to (without being artificially powerful like being fed or overbuffed). Perhaps he and some other Juggernaut-like Champions (Udyr, Dr. Mundo, and Volibear for ex.) could use a small number rework to get them on the same plane as other Juggernauts?

i think trundle is more of a counter tank then a real tank himself his power lies in zone control and shredding other tanks thats maybe why he doesn't do well with just tank stats
