I need help reaching that "Next level"

Been bouncing between silver IV and silver V for about 1 year now and i dont know what i am not doing to get better. I watch the pros on their streams to learn some tricks, learn when to make plays ect... I watched every game in the past two worlds to learn how to work with a team, when to call a dragon and baron, but i cannot seem to get any higher :(...When i ADC i can pretty consistently get 80% of my cs, Ive been told im one of the best morgana supports in my league (Ive received 2 mystery skins from player saying they haven't played against a better support ever), I know how every lane works, although i am not the best jungler out there which is why i am practicing Elise right now. I just dont know what to do to get to Gold... I am very frustrated because i read alot, and practiced alot, but am not getting better...

Any CONSTRUCTIVE criticisms or tips will be greatly appreciated

Git Gud. But in all seriousness I would suggest looking to make plays in your games and not play passive. If you learn to make plays and are consistent you should be able to snowball your games easily. I stopped ranking for the season and am waiting for season 6 to roll out to start again. I would suggest the same for you. My goals for the new season are minimum plat3. I suggest you make a goal and make a game plan for how you can achieve it. Lastly, I would recommend queuing with friends in the new season with the implementation of dynamic queues. It's what I'm going to do so I can reliably gank and dive. I would say you find at least a duo for bot lane since that's what you said you play.

You have he wrong mindset for silver. Forget about "team" and focus on destroying every champ on the enemy team. It's so easy to tilt their team, even if other lanes are winning, by destroying your lane and roaming to mid or not and destroying them.

Honestly I just played full damage supports, xerath, annie, vel, didn't buy a sight stone just went full ap and carried with my adc. We didn't need anyone else.

i think that's my problem. My friends ask me why im only silver 4 because when i play with a team i can talk to and we get each other, im a beast. Im used to making team plays and playing champs that work really well as a team, not so much by themselves.

I dont like that. I want to play a game with an actual support and such...Brands supports with 5 kils and their adc has 0 is really annoying to me

That's the thing. I made numerous posts of how to get to higher Elos as a support main and every time I tell people under G3 to stay away from meta supports, you know the ones that actually support the adc, and go for straight greedy apc champs.

Logic is a team always needs ap and ad damage. If your mid lane loses then you usually lose your ap. You replace that in bit lane and if your getting kills so is your adc so you control the damage of your team.

Proudest moment was having my mid fizz realize I'm doing all the damage as the support to where he build sight stone and face of the mountain because he was destroyed in lane

Is that honestly how to climb out of silver?. If so I am screwed cus I have a tendency to dive and die so my team can seige the tower or get the kills... (does not always pan out cus many times no one follows up instead running away :( ))

That's how I got from b1-plat in one season. Around G3 you have to start playing real supports because the enemies will know how to abuse bot. But in silver it was rare when my full damage sup didn't have highest damage in game.

Seriously: the #1 skill silvers need to learn is how to be carryable.

It's OK that you don't win lane. It's OK that you aren't doing well. The key is learning how to manage that. Obviously, silvers are good when they're stomping, but on average you'll only be stomping half the time or so.

the #2 skill you need to learn: never underestimate the opponent's level based power spikes.
