@Riot what's going to happen with champs that need specific runes to work?

Some examples include Ekko, where people run full ap runes, yasuo where people use 29% att spd, udyr where people run some weird ad, attspd, movespeed page, etc

I get that runes and mysteries needed to change, but at the moment, it looks like you are either going to need to do a mass rebalance of kits, or of items to accommodate the changes to the existing system

They will probably get their base stats beefed up a bit.

Yea they don't require runes anymore so they can have their base stats balanced
