unplayble game with this adc buffs

seriously this essence reaver + IE combo without needing lifesteal duo to masterie is just overloaded as fk.. adcs have now everything.. they also have a defense by reducing 12 % incoming dmg with new phantom dancer.. wtfff this is so overlaoded why is riot doing this?? adc issssssssss so powefull why are they able to have free 40 cdr wtffffffffff
