Why aren't bans distributed among the 3 people in ranked Treeline?

This gamemode really needs some attention from Riot. They even made changes to champions specifically for Treeline, but they couldn't have 3 people ban a champion like Summoner's Rift?

Seconded. You can't even earn Champ Mastery tokens on TT because apparently you can't "demonstrate skill and dedication" in ranked TT, but you can do it in normal SR.
