If riot wants lucian to stay as a low range mobile dps at least help him out by giving his w some type of team utility that just about every other ADC has

I'd settle for making it so allies who proc the buff get movement speed themselves.
I don't think armour shred is a good option considering the community has already seen how silly things get when people are running around doing true damage to everyone due to all the armour pen/shred out there.
His W does give him team utility... Have you even read the ability?
