Wait, is Blitzcrank trash now?

Enough to have his win rate go from ~55% to 49%. Still does fine, just not auto-winning against every single support.

I actually stopped playing Blitz before the changes since he was freelo and it was boring always winning. I might pick him up again now that he's balanced.

Blitzcrank has more of a "risk-reward" kind of feel now. He's not low risk anymore - if he runs; he's gotta make it under turret. If he chases - he's got a limited time window before you get away because of the overdrive. He's much more in check and can't run at you with you being mercilessly knocked up and silenced simultaneously.
