Why isn't a toggleable Combat Text an interface option in Replays?

If anything, combat text is more useful in retrospect then during the actual game!

A small, but potentially useful tool for analyzing games, finding bugs, and watching dem clutch plays in slow-mo.

Plz make it happen riot!
