Seriously, a spell that reduces allies CD's? That feels like it would suit Zilean SO MUCH BETTER than Karma.
Especially when he's already reducing his own cooldowns. On top of that it'd allow for more balancing allocations in his kit.
Agreed. Gifted CDR has nothing to do with Karma's strength profile, neither does gifted mana.

OP, imagine these champions:
and ofc literaly any assasin, mage. Imagine two Veigar's E's in teamfight. Imagine Alistar who can knock enemy for two hours. I mean this would be super op in my opinion.
And ofc if u nerf it to not 10 seconds but like 3 seconds, 5 seconds - this is useless then, Karma's E/W is 1000 times better than this. Mby this would be funny for ezreal.
I actually completely agree with this, that would make him very interesting. I'd rather them not touch Karma until she becomes so antiquated that they have to give her a full VGU + rework (2023 maybe?).
