Noxus Poppy should have Red Particles. (With picture)

As her token 520 skin, I feel as if Noxus Poppy is rather deserving of Red VFX on her abilities.

With Shadow Evelynn, Enchanted Galio, Tundra Warwick and the recent release of Infernal Akali, it feels really bad knowing our Yordle missed out on new VFX due to being released only a few months earlier.

Not too mention it wouldn't be a difficult fix. I"m not asking for ALL NEW, just a recolour. As someone who has done Particle VFX for multiple projects, it's not hard to shift shades.
