Buffing ADC's damage isn't the solution
Seriously, these PBE changes are absolutely useless to the overall issue of ADCs.
20 Damage on a Q and and extra Ult range? 15 Extra damage on ult? Giving Kalista more base AD?
ADC's problem is being blown up in under 2 seconds every fight, not dealing too little damage. ADC's are capable of dealing TONNES OF DAMAGE if they could literally live past what is supposed to be a poke spell.
Maybe nerf the damage every class is dealing right now so ADC's HAVE A CHANCE TO DEAL THEIR DAMAGE. Instead of being blown up at the start of every teamfight by everyone.

People need to learn that if they are building full damage, they will die unless they are playing something with a significant amount of self peel. They can't just build full glass cannon, and say "Hurr durr damage to high glass cannon shouldn't get killed quickly, X champion or X class too weak Rito buff pls."

or other ADCs, they'd get blown up at the first CC as well. Hell, that's what happens to

. But champions like Irelia, Shyv, Eve can build somewhat tanky and do damage at the same time, so can the rest of the roster. People just need to stop being close-minded and adapt.

guess what they cant do. you got it......one shot people. now am I saying these champs can NEVER work no they can but why? You are to some degree giving yourself a handicap when you could just play
