Sion rework

Judging from his current (new) kit, he'll be able to burst people down. Also if he should die, his passive will make sure they die if he can get his hands on them.

That's an accurate (but not perfect) observation. It's a lot of up-front burst through channeled abilities. On that note, he's sort of a combined version of Gnar and Lee Sin in terms of play-style. Sion's got a lot of early-game advantages to easily bully out lane opponents (Gnar) but he falls off to a highly mobile tank during the late game thanks to all that burst (Lee Sin). As for Sion's dueling power, I've tested him in several PBE games. It's actually not good unless you get the jump on your target with a fully ramped ultimate (but even then it's easy to dodge).
