Spell Shields like 
E, 
W, 
E, and Camille passive should not block basic attack steroid CC like 
W, 
Q, or 
E. Just my opinion those would skill get stopped by 
E though. Obviously some balance changes besides just changing the interaction would need to occur, but what do you guys think?

(But it doesn't because they arnt basic attacks)

"Leona uses her shield to perform her next basic attack, dealing bonus magic damage and stunning the target.
Next basic attack deals 10/35/60/85/110 (+30% Ability Power) bonus magic damage and stuns for 1 second."
