Is anyone else finding that casters are spammier than ever after the mana potion removal/mana cost & regen buff? Or is it is just me?
Is anyone else finding that casters are spammier than ever after the mana potion removal/mana cost & regen buff? Or is it is just me?
Its relatively more yeah due to the items compensating for a lot of it. a lot of Cdr is everywhere in everyone's kit so it inst uncommon anymore to have someone trigger happy on spells
