Can we fix Lux?

I say nerf her. Her ult has a ludicrously low cooldown with 1k damage and it is very easy to land. Her circle of doom simply cannot be dodged since she can explode it whenever she wants. She can snare and 1-hit 2 people at once. Finally, if you bait all that cheese out and attack her, she has a massive ap-scaling shield. Sure, she can be bad, but that's not the point. Any champion can be played poorly, but a good Lux is still valuable if behind and literally unkillable if ahead in the slightest. She snowballs harder than possibly any other champion if her team just stands in front of her.

I say, she needs some combination of:

1. Make her circle smaller (actually a skillshot)
2. Make her circle not do damage if you are out of it when it explodes (as Yasuo, for example, if you dash out of it you still take the damage from it. It is not dodgeable unless she misses, which is her mistake)
3. Don't let her self-detonate her circle at all, or at least not mid-flight. This would make the skill avoidable. Counterplay.
4. Increase her cooldowns. Especially that god-awful ult.
5. Make her self-shield activate if AND ONLY IF she hits an allied champion. This will make things like ignite or simply catching her out after baiting her skills actually possibly if she is ahead.
6. Lower her AP scaling. She is a utility carry, based on her kit (I know she's old so she probably wasn't made with a specific role in mind, but to have an undodgable AOE slow, a 2 person snare, and up to 5 man shield is very utility based)

I know a lot of you forum goers, especially Lux mains will say "Oh but these will ruin the champion, you're just crying OP because she beat you, STFU Bronzie!". So, if you think none of the above are viable and want to cheese your way to victory, here's one way to make me at least slightly less pissed about Lux that you cannot possibly disagree with unless you are truly a Lux-maining scrub defending your cheese:

Fix. Her. Damn. Hitboxes. Especially on the stun.
