Warp tonic any good?

I've been trying this new rune recently and I'm just not seeing it. Has anybody been using it and found success? Is there a niche build that I'm missing?

So far I've used it with corrupting potion and dark seal and it just never feels like it's doing that much. Feel like it needs more, like maybe actually increasing the healing per tick or when activated like biscuits.
