With CotC being her keystone she's way too strong.

Passive shield(synergy with CotC)
Two gap closers with one being unblockable
Two AA resets
AA steroid with her W
Destroys squishies
Busts tanks

She has one of the strongest early games, being able to duel with early, and win. She doesn't fall off since she builds and then tank/juggernaut items.

She has no counter-play to her overloaded kit, as far as I can tell.

EDIT: When her win rate gets to 56% in a couple of weeks I'll remind you all of this.

Cotc is strong on her but it's mastery that needs to be nerfed and not the champion itself - same thing goes with poppy for example.

She's actually one of those champions that's been amazingly balanced since her release only needing a few tweaks here and there to keep relevant.

One of her gap closers you can see a mile away and slows her. Her passive has a cd, destroys squishies....well I mean...they are squishies for a reason. She's not the only person in this game who can Busts tanks.

She shouldn't be able to do all of this while building full tank, she sacrifices nothing.

It only slows her for 15%. Not enough to get away from it.

If a Vi is building full tank, then she is pretty much useless.

She needs two damage items, at the very least, to actually be a threat.

That build you put isn't even close to full tank, it's like how a Cho'Gath might build: a couple damage items and the rest tank items. She's still hella squishier than an actual tank or even a juggernaut.

She has to get several successful ganks early to afford a Trinity while that particular power spike is still relevant, and her pre-6 ganks are pretty bad. Like a lot of divers, she can be game breaking when ahead, but almost completely useless while behind. Diana MasterYi XinZhao are similar in that regard.

Oh no, someone who can actually duel with Lee Sin, the generalist jungler who is actually also one of the best duelists and objective-securers, as well as his other strengths.

You claim that Vi, with her few simple abilities, has an overloaded kit, while complaining that she beats the champion with one of the most overloaded kits in the game.
