If you go and look at a champion under Collections in the new client it has a handy feature that tells you how well the champion performs in certain aspects, those being.

Damage- The Champions Ability to deal damage to enemy champions. Tougness- The Champions Ability to absorb damage from enemy champions. Crowd Control- The Champions Ability to apply harmful affects like slows and stuns to enemy champions. Mobility- The Champions Ability to move quickly around the map using blinks or dashes. (imo this one is a bit sketchy cause vayne has no points in mobilty neither does jinx for her passive or MF's strut.) Utility- The Champions Ability to grant beneficial effects like shields, healing or movement speed to allied champions.
