Double Jungle/Support With Targon's Line?

Idea here is pretty straight forward. The Smite-items don't count as gold income items, so that means a Jungler can pick up Relic Shield and the items that build out of it. And this got me to thinking.

What if you used this to run a double jungle/support composition? One Jungler takes the Sentinel side of the map while the other takes the Briarback side of the map. Do your clear as normal, but on your first back pick up Relic Shield and then come in and gank. Support the lane until the monsters respawn, wipe them out, and then return to gank/support again.

Obviously you would want a champion who can survive the 1v2 bottom lane and a double gank from the jungle at the four minute mark would probably take some pressure off.

You would effectively get three solo lanes out of the deal in addition to a jungle that's basically empty of monsters at all times, making it pretty pointless to invade. And as an added perk you have double-smite to make baron and dragon steals nearly impossible. A double jungle-invade would be a thing of terror. Stick the more mana-reliant jungler on the Sentinel side and the less-so guy over on Briarback side.

What if instead of them traveling separate... They traveled the jungle together?

Alternating Smites Example - Both Start at Frog, the tankier person Smites it Move Blue, the mana reliant one Smites it Wolves > Raptor Tanky guy gets smite back in time for Red Mana guy gets smite back in time for Golems

It would work better to both start at separate buff camps allowing you both to hit lvl 2 and go for a lvl 2 gank mid lane assuming both junglers have high CC like Alistar+Blitzcrank or high dmg+CC like Alistar+Lee Sin, then push the lane in for exp and possibly an early turret. Backing and picking up relic shield isn't a bad option due to the gp5 and after gank wave pushing.

Also the solo bot lane could be something like Heimerdinger, Cho'gath, or Gangplank. We all know the 1-1-1-2 strategy started as 2-1-2 with top laners getting mad for being abandoned, so they looked for champs that could do DECENT in a 2v1 matchup.
