Fiora's ult is a complete joke, they need to rework the shit out of this stupidly balanced champ, cause she's either completely useless then mid game just hits R and no matter what she did early game she'll still kill shit, or she gets fed in one of her many good match ups then hits R and decimates everything while being untargettable AND life stealing, so forget about catching her with only one or two cc abilities, cause that's fair.

I mean most of her kit is just poorly designed, but for the most part it has counterplay, except for that ridiculous ult. No idea what riot could do instead, cause her whole concept is awful, but that noob saving ult has to change.
