ARAMs and Mission(increase chance for mission champ on ARAM during mission timeframe)

Title. I never play ranked and only rarely on summoner's rift. And if i do, it is because of the missions with certain champs. Could it be possible to increase the chances of getting mission related champs in ARAM during the time we have the missions? or outright give someone the mission champ on aram? I dont know anyone who would be pissed about getting a mission champ in ARAM, especially if the champ was just released.

any thoughts about it?
