Idea for Random Modes Reroll change

How about a little change of the reroll system in random gamemodes. Instead of instantly rerolling the champ you got put it on a 5-10 second timer. During this time, your automatically accepting the first trade request send for your champ and reroll the champ someone else didnt want to play. so if someone gets a champ you like, instead of rerolling that champ you would get it and the other player would still reroll. win-win for both players.
