Ok im going to give a in a nutshell version of what I had in mind. Fiora's laning phase is supposed to be about her moving in hitting an opposing player's vitals and then getting out quickly, or moving to strike the next vital.

So since in the early game staying near an enemy and his minions after procing their vital with a basic attack is a dandy way to get your self killed why not capitalize on this?

Something along the lines of giving it a CD per person.

IE every 5/2.5/0 seconds after procing a vital another vital will become available to strike. (upgrading at the normal 7/13 champion level.)

Just a thought might help prevent this level 3-4 cheese she is doing constantly.

fiora can block EVERY SPELL IN THE GAME WITH her riposte, there is 0 reason you should be killed unless the jg comes for you or you jump in with riposte on CD... farm to item 3077 and you cannot be outtraded a lot of times...

not really... Fiora is defined by having a very strong way of trading, and I will still say, she is still very strong against many matchups, the fact you have an AS steroid, a lung that procs marks and a skill that blokcs/reflects cc, you shouldn't really have trouble when it comes to trading...

They need to nerf the shit out of her. Old fiora was toxic as hell, but NEW fiora is just plain UNFAIR. I agree with your nerfs, but they need to rework her again. Late game, with a phage, she just Q's till you're dead. She has little room for counterplay, she's right under Jax in terms of counterplay.

I figure she'd be right above him sure jax blocks AAs for 2 seconds, but this bitch blocks every single damage type with her w for a moment which is generally something that the people who could trade with her AKA bursters would have to time for. God forbid you try to CC her while she's like that.
