You aren't going to have every game end post 20 minutes because sometimes early stomps do happen and we don't need to force people to stick around till 20. Then we have remakes. I took a look at your match history and rank just to get a better understanding of what was going on. You are playing at a level where teams know how to press advantages and when you stomp people it's usually at a score where a comeback is most likely not feasible because you have reached your lategame through sheer gold advantage. I wouldn't expect your games to take long with scores like that. Most of your games could probably be averaged around 25-28 minutes which isn't that bad considering the scores and average game time for that elo.
