RivetAce1 votesIt's not Guinsoo's, it's Yi with Guinsoo's. Kayle can't kill herself.
It happens when double strike and guinsoos double hit are on the same auto attack. Normally this won't happen, but if your double strike gets off by one attack (like when you kill a minion with the first part so the second part doesn't give you a double strike stack) then it will happen.
