How i would change kog'maw
koggles, as i see it, has a few problems.
1: being too strong early 2: being too weak late 3: ap kog maw is weak 4: generally too strong 5: q being useless now
First of all, move the AS back to his q. that solves issue 5, making q a first priority again, as well as 1, forcing kog maw to delay his attack speed boost on w a bit
Second, i'd remove the base % on w and reintroduce the ad radio, maybe bump it up a bit (was 1.25% per 100 ad before, maybe go to 1.5%). bump his ap radio up considerably (is currently 0.75% per 100 ap, bump it up to 1.25%, breaking even at 400 ap). keep the minimum damage so it isnt useless early this helps issue 1,2,3 and 4. it hits his early, makes him stronger lategame, helps ap kog maw lategame, and also hits his overall strength.
finally, something to mostly help ap kog maw but also to help ad kog maw have something to do when not in range, i'd change his ult, make the 2x damage currently at 50-25% health the baseline (140 / 220 / 300 (+ 130% bonus AD) (+ 50% AP) ), then let the 3x stay for 25% health and under. this makes ap kog maw have his old, strong, poke niche, as well as helping kogmaw a bit early so he isnt utterly useless (this is because that kog maw might otherwise become too weak early by the changes i suggested)
