Xin zhao Dragon slayer skin and Loging screen? oh boy..

He is gonna get gutted from nerfs....

I dont know why and for what reason riot want to nerf xin but when you see those 2 you know the champion is going to get gutted into useleness...

Why riot? why? xin is perfectly balanced wtf
