Why not make Hecarim's E a skillshot like Warwick's ult?

Doesn't that seem a LOT healthier rather than a point & click targeted AA function? It doesn't destroy the early Sheen build much, but it at least gives the enemy team the option to be able to side-step it.

I wasn't aware hecarim was even the strong right now.

To be honest, hecarim needs an update anyways, he feels pretty dated.
