I do realize that gragas has to be kept somewhat low in soloq because of his former competitive dominance. but this is rediculous, he really needs something, anything.

If they don't want Gragas to do damage late game, why give him back some decent range on his barrels?

Right now, other tanks and supports offer the same thing or more than he does while being far easier to play.

I believe he's got some buffs on the PBE.
