How to show that white arrow and circle around your champ

You know how pros sometimes in montages will have that white arrow and white circle show up on their champion? I don't know how they do that, but I know that it would be helpful if I could use it. I remember randomly clicking some buttons in the Ctrl to Alt part of the keyboard and some in the left half of the letter keys and it briefly appeared but that's all I remember.
