Can someone give me advice on how to improve my carry?

I feel like I play at high above my ELO. I don't really have the time with my family to play ranked every night. Between work and spending time with them I don't have time to play but one or two matches a night if that. In my last game as Talon, I carried at 23/6/4. This isn't unusual for me, I also typically have double to triple my teamate's damage. No matter how fed I get, I feel 75% or more of my games are losses regardless of what I do. In the last game at level 18 I jumped on their team and managed to get a triple kill. We aced them with all 4 of my teamates alive. They only had nexus turrents and we didn't take a single turrent because my team was farming jungle camps. It's just nonsense and I don't understand what to do about it. I'm currently in S5. I was in B3 in S3 when i started league. B1 in s4 and now Silver 5 in Season 5. I've never played ranked aside from my placements. Please help give me advice. Sorry if this comes off as Self conceded. I didn't intend for that, I just genuinely feel i lose so many of my games due to teamates.

Play an ADC, they have a much easier time winning games from individual skill

you die too much and your farm could be alot higher sounds like you are playing just a little too aggressive in lane when you could farm for more than the kill/death that it would have given you . work on csing good/trading while csing and farming in down time. Also especially if you are fed with someone like annie positioning can win you a team fight by yourself by getting 1-2-3 carrys in an ult and kiting them to death.

As someone with a family you must know that not all games are winnable and that not everyone can be high elo. There's many things you can do to improve, but the first step is admitting that you can improve. By saying that you play better than your elo, you are saying "I am perfect. I have nothing to improve. It is my team's fault."

Are you gonna say its your kids fault or your wife's fault if things go wrong in the family? No right? So why do it in league? Take ownership of your success and failure.
