It makes no sense for it to not pass a surrender vote that ends 3/1 Someone didn't vote which means they no longer count. End the game and stop wasting our time

The times you should surrender is far lower than when people do surrender. Let alone when you're asked if you'd like to.
A huge issue in this game is the perception that you're either fed, or you're done. Too many players whine, don't know how to play the long game, and don't take the time to learn how to take a bad landing phase and make a strong return in the group pushes.
Children's failure to prepare does not mean I should let you go screw up someone else's game. I'm voting no - 90% of the time - for the better meet of the community.
