@Riot: Can we have a discussion about MF?

Miss Fortune is very strong right now because of the rework she received. She has a lot of issues now that weren't present before.

MF has always been a lane bully, but now she is a bully more than ever, on top of having insane scaling. Her new passive is largely to blame for this. Early game, her one hit trades are incredibly oppressive because of Love Tap. Before, she had to commit to a trade to get any significant damage increase from impure shots. The other day, I got killed from half health at level 5 by a single double up. It dealt 150 (+150% AD) (+75% AP) (+60% AD). Am I the only one who thinks that it is absurd that she can apply this much raw damage in a single ability at level 5?

So yes, MF deals a TON of damage in lane, but a lot of players think thats okay, because she's always been a lane bully, right? Wrong. The reason this is not okay anymore is that she scales so much harder into the late game now. First, her damage was streamlined to be almost exclusively physical damage. Now she benefits fully from armor pen and armor shred. This means that her damage doesn't fall off nearly as hard since she can maximize her effectiveness against tanks more easily. Additionally, her damage scales harder in her ratios. Her passive deals 2 to 3 times as much damage as her old impure shots if she manages her target selection even a little bit. Additionally, her ultimate now deals damage. A LOT OF DAMAGE. Prior to the rework, her ult dealt 500 (+100% Bonus AD) (+80% AP) damage per second. Now at level 16 it deals 240 (+400% Bonus AD) (+106.67 AP) damage per second and can crit to deal even MORE damage. Now, this may just look like a rebalancing of power to make her rely more on items late game, but because of how significantly her early game was buffed this is a huge net buff since she snowballs so incredibly hard out of the early game.

I would propose nerfing her passive to deal only 40-70% AD bonus damage so she isn't as unapproachable in lane, and then the removal of her ultimate's crit mechanic. She already scales hard enough that crit is just an excessive addition to bullet time.
