Vladimir Should Laugh
I think the game should change it so that Vladimir laughs like a Castlevania Dracula every time he launches his abilities. You know those old Castlevania games with the bad graphics where Dracula keeps teleporting around, throws out 3 fireballs, and laughs non-stop?
Vladimir should run around, and go ''AHAHAHAHAHA!'' every single time he launches transfusion or turns into a pool of blood. The laugh should be slightly different for when he uses Hemoplague or Tides of Blood (since these are higher damage abilities).
It should be like Yasuo (when playing against him, you will continuously be tilted especially when he is ahead... by non stop ''FACE THE WIND!'' "ASERYO!'' "HASAGI!'')
Except Vlad wil laugh continuously like a Dracula battle boss while spamming his low cool down abilities on the enemy...
