I don't get this playstyle XD it's so bizarre and reckless, like what does a singed gain from running as deep as he can to the fog of war taking the incoming minions and getting caught? like every single game with this guy - this weird playstyle that 90% ends with a negative kda and only late game singed becomes quite useful - that's my experience.
I don't play top, and I don't know shit about singed, it just fascinates me =P
Because 
doesn't really care about his kda. His only purpose is being annoying for his laning opponent, and later being unkillable while throwing his target to get it killed
Good Singe player know how to proxy and not get caught and die
Trash Singe player watch youtube video and tried to do the same but feed their ass off, and think its normal LMAO
Proxying with Singed tyipcally is pretty safe as he'll just suicide on a tower before getting caught. He'll get perfect CS that way (ok almost), while causing his lane opponent to lose a bunch of CS under tower, also the constant tower dmg from the waves crashing into it.

Go roll a... cigarette... yeah roll a tobacco product
and start watching singed 4/20
he's clearly named after how he wins while going 4/20 in his matches
