Games are way too one-sided

I'm silver 3 and all my games only last like 20 minutes mainly because of who wins botlane and gets first tower and how cheap 2 of the strongest adc items are, shiv and infinity, its just not fun, lets say u play midlane and u farm well and u dont feed but your botlane goes 0-12 in 15 minutes theres nothing u can do! its not even fun anymore its just a diceroll of who gets the better botlane
