How does one lane against LeBlanc?

Heya Gameplay,

I found myself laning against LeBlanc a few times lately and it reminded me of how little I know how to counter her. In fact, the last time I did, I fed really hard even though I rushed a lot of MR. I know the best way to learn the counters of a champion is to learn to play the champion, but I have no interest in doing so in this case because I really dislike LeBlanc's team-fightining. So I figured perhaps I could come here and ask you guys what some of your tips, tricks, dos and don'ts are when laning against a LeBlanc.
