Rammus should have the highest win rate in the game right now

Yet he's sat at a paltry 49% win rate. Reasons? He's been nerfed to oblivion:

He gets knocked out of his Q anytime a gust of wind drops by then can do nothing but walk around in a team fight... ...at 70% movement speed if he has his W activated which... ...gives less armor and MR than pre-rework for some reason(?).

The only good thing I have to say about his rework is that his auto attacks feel smoother due to his passive. Please revert the changes you made to his kit. Also please revert thornmail, it feels terrible to buy.
