Riot please reconsider keeping AD Warwick as a viable choice.

For those who are unaware Riot's been working on Warwick's rework for some time now:

http://www.surrenderat20.net/2014/04/red-post-collection-zenonthestoic-with.html

They want the new Warwick to either 1) be able to do good damage with AP itemization or 2) be a drain tank who is hard to kill as long as he's hitting something but can't kill anything either.

But what about those of us who like to build a couple of AD items on him a become a lifesteal machine that can actually kill someone with auto attacks alone? His Hunters Call 80% AS is gone and his base and AS per level are being lowered intentionally to deter players from building AD.

I started playing before season 1 and immediately fell in love with Warwick immense dueling potential and sustain in the jungle, he had clear strengths and weaknesses. Now we are either forced to play a boring tank with no kill potential or a more bursty magewick.

Apparently this is the reason they don't like Drain fighters:

" Take Bronze League Master Yi. He builds Blade of the Ruined King (never uses the active, of course) and four Blood Thirsters. Awesome. If he runs into a non-fed enemy in the jungle, he presses R and right-clicks them to death. If they fight back, they either have enough damage to out-damage his heal before they die or they don't.

Or take the Wizard Wolf, live Warwick with a strong AP item or two (Athene's, perhaps). His Q does more damage and heals for more; so there simply comes a point at which he either kills you before you kill him, or he doesn't get to that point and blows up. " - ZenonTheStoic

Please reconsider keeping the AD path viable out of respect for those have been playing the wolf from the beginning back when we built madred's and bloothirsters on him. Also I wouldn't mind an update on his kit.

Your comments pose a few questions.

FIrst, how are you defining "AD Warwick"? I'm picturing an IE and a PD so I'm guessing that's not really really where you were going. (Because note, Madred's isn't really a heavy AD item in any iteration and Bloodthirster was never viable on Warwick in any form).

Second, would an "AD Warwick" even be viable now, since he would need to be hearty enough to channel his ultimate while taking some heat just to hold targets in place long enough.

Third, is a "drain tank" that takes forever to kill things actually that far off from what you consider "AD Warwick" now?
