Hexakill needs a banning phase

not really. Kat is strong, but you can knock her out of her ult easily. Just make sure you have a Lulu on your team.

Agreed -- champion bans are less obnoxious than Riot deciding "THESE CHAMPS TOO OP LOL DISABLED" like they did during URF.

Kat and Yi are definitely the annoying pair in the game.

I have seem yi, kat, wu and yas in almost every game i played. it's pretty silly.

Doesn't need a banning phase.

Just needs competent players to CC instead of crying on the forums.
