@Meddler The Irelia changes do not feel very promising

The changes for Irelia on PBE seems more like nerfs than buffs and won’t do much for her, specially the Bladesurge nerfs (Range and Damage), which would probably destroy the ability and make it extremely unsatisfiy to use. I understand that you guys need to be carefully about changing her, but lets remember that Top Irelia never was an issue, and Mid Irelia only became a problem on patch 8.9 where Mage’s mana management were nerfed.

The Bladesurge's nerfs just feels awful. This is her main ability and is already nerfed (especially early game), dealing less damage than na auto attack on ranks 1 and 2. Can you guys please take a look at her more carefully?
