@Riot KateyKhaos Let's be honest, Neo Pax Sivir doesn't look good and need it changes.

I'm not here to offend the skins team, but is very clear that they didn't put so much effort on Neo Pax Sivir. The color scheme looks terrible, this skin could easily be made by an amateur. The colors don't look nice and the painting make it looks like a custom skin. The skin is not a 10 gemstone worth skin.

Its very frustrated that Sivir (who had her last buyable skin on 2015 fev, and a cancelled skin last year) will receive a awful skin like this. I think you guys should rethink the skin colors and polish it a little better. I would suggest to change it to a more neon green color (something similar do Project Ekko).

Remembering: I'm not here to offend anyone or complaining by nothing, I'm just giving a feedback and showing my indignation with the new Sivirs skin quality.

Please, can you guys considering take a look at this skin?
