Seriously that annoying cheese champ only needs to spam abilities and tibbers stun she needs just 1 more point required to use that stun

PrinceOfStorms2 votesAlternatively, have the stacks fall off if she doesn't use them within a few seconds, like how Vlad's Crimson Rush debuff falls off if he doesn't throw out an empowered Q. It would create actual windows where she's strong rather than "I have four stacks, you can't get anywhere near me now"
