You land Q and two auto-attacks from your soldiers on the 10% health enemy mid laner and still can't even kill him.

Assuming level 2 and 6 (with level 6 having 3 points in q)
Level 2, 162.7 damage + 1.375AP.
Level 6, 262.7 + 1.375AP.
If the enemy midlaner had over 1k health to survive you it's kinda your fault for trying to poke kill a tank.
or you could bring ignite like every other mid laner.
Cough Azir main Cough Cough You should of easily killed them. I call BS. Azir is strong right now plz don't go around asking for buffs so he gets Lucian'd
Azir really can't be any stronger early game, he's already borderline unhealthy if played right and once you get some mana regen. Maybe a flash W+quick auto and ignite would've killed him.
I faced a well-played Azir the other day. It was miserable. Getting poked and zoned in ways that should be illegal. I think you might just be bad with him.
