Most of those champions have good AD scalings... Kat, Eve, Akali. Just because you are hugging the meta and building them AP doesn't mean they can't be AD.
Why does it matter?
Katarina, Evelynn, and Akali have AD scalings. So you can technically go AD on them but you'll be a little less bursty from skills and will need to AA a lot more.

Most AD Female Assassins are usually Ranged, Burst heavy Marksman (see Vayne and Quinn)
I mean, technically Akali and Katarina are "hybrid" champions because hybrid champions are totally a legit thing outside of on-hit builds guys
