Linna Excel3 votesKatarina, Evelynn, and Akali have AD scalings. So you can technically go AD on them but you'll be a little less bursty from skills and will need to AA a lot more.

They're are plenty of bulky females, and he made a good point, none of the male assassins have bulky weapons, so strength has no involvement in this topic.
