Mobility is fine, No one cares when Ezreal uses E to escape or when Aatrox does his ground target jump

Why? because we know those abilities have real cooldowns, and we know they won't really be able to do it again for a good while. So if you press them you can easily kill them.

Excessive Mobility, as in extremely short cooldowns and multiple dashes do not really deserve respect for escape. As you said, there is basically nothing you can do when someone like LeBlanc dashes twice for 1500 range.

Every time I see a Machinama Realm video about "spectacular outplays", it just ends up being the champion doing most of the work rather than the player. (Even for the higher ELOs)

Champions such as LB, Fizz, and Lee Sin "juke" by spamming their target less, low CD gap closers. It is one thing when the gap closer requires targets (Yasuo, Thresh, etc.) or has a 10+ second CD (Zed, Trist, etc.), but these champions have their mobility skill up pretty much once every 5 seconds.

In my opinion, Zed and Lucian should be the ceiling for mobility. Their dashes are obnoxious enough already with a medium CD. All the mobility was fun and games at first, but now it is just frustrating.

"outplayed" is also off limits.

If you have more "outplay" tools than your enemy you out PICKED them. Not out played.
