Her ghosts sucks - easy to juke, pretty much free gold for the enemy team, why should i even bother using that?
About her ultimate... how can you trust another player? The people with you always sucks, they will throw themselves in the middle of the enemy team while playing Soraka and go away with Leona or Alistar.

Evelynn tho, thats someone who has it all! Runs super fast, has a Q on a .0001 second CD. E double taps and her ULT, oh geez her ult. Biggest shield in the game, AND does almost a fifth of their hp!

Her damage is almost entirely tied to autos, making her hyper vulneurable to being outranged, CC, AS reduction, etc
Has no skillshot/ground targetted abilities, making her unable to scout beyond her vision
Brings only the tiniest bit of utility/CC to her team, which is positionally reliant to boot.
