Fiddlestick suggestion - more interactive gameplay

I always thougbt fiddlestick was a cool guy, because he is a scarecrow, and because his ulti reflect that (hi litteraly scares you), but he has a kinda binary playstyle and his passive is so boring....

So what i suggest is to give fiddle some new choices (while reinforcing is scare-ambush theme), like this:

Get rid of the old passive, yeah lowring mr is cool, but it has 0 interactivity and it's just plain dull.

NEW PASSIVE: After using an ability while out of vision from the enemy, the next normal ability (not ultimate) cast by Fiddlesticks is empowered as follow for 4 seconds:

Q: Terrify: You also gain +X magic penetration for x seconds W: Drain: You heal 15% more and channel duration is 20% faster E: Dark wind: Dark Wind will prioritize champions and bounce 1 more time

We know that fiddle like to use his ulti while out of vision, that's the whole point of his kit, this thign allows you to change a bit your playstyle after you wnat to engage .

The point is to choose wisely the ability you want to empower after you engage from out of vision.

Example: Fiddle engage form out of vision with the ulti, he is only against 1 enemy, so he decide to cast an empowered Q to get more magic pen for limited time, after that proceed to do his normal rotation while gaining more dps.

Example 2: Fiddlestick is on low health and he is being chased by an enemy, he manage to get into a bush and first cast Q to terrify him, and then cast an empowered W to leech more health faster and win the trade.

Example 3: Fiddle engage witth the ulti from out of vision, he is against 3 enemy and decide to empower his next E so that it will prioritize champions, and bounce 1 more time to get more aoe done

Sounds good, but i think we need an entire rework, because this passive you are suggesting is a hell lot more powerful than his current passive, and you'd have to nerf his other ability's to not straight up buff him ( maybe not a bad thing though).

Yes the point of the thing is, if you have this passive you have to balance it around that. I think it's a good trade after all
