My opionions for buffs and nerfs

I am pretty upset with some champions power right now. These are my opinions for buffs and nerfs

Buffs: - I don't main Ahri but a lot of people use her mid lane and I think the last update ruined her for competitve

Nerfs: - I don't think a huge nerf is nessassary yet just increasing the cooldown on flamethrower - Kalista on my personal tier list is in the straight up broken to the point where the bottom lane will get wrecked. Just giving her less attack power might balance the game
