Just so we and Riot are still clear, our worst teammates are still determining our game

I don't know. It was far worse before they made the bounty changes. Now it's pretty common to win games, even with one super hard feeding lane. Before bounty changes, one feeding lane meant 0.000000001% chance of victory. Now its about a 30% chance. Still not acceptable but far far better than before.
